FRCI -ACE POLICIES

Qualification for Promotion:

    1)      Commitment to the Church organization (Physically and Spiritually).

    2)      Loyalty (Not serving any other church but FRCI church/es or FRCI as the home church)

    3)     Length of Service or membership (5 years residency to be eligible for promotions to Bishopry or its equivalent)

    4)      Experience (Length of service in the ministry with proven loyalty, experience out side our ministry). Overseeing  more than two ministry.

    5)      Education (Highly encourage to benefit the individual and the organization)

    6)      Obedience (Must be in obedience under”1Timothy 3”)

Must get 100% merit score to be eligible for promotion. Each of the above qualifications will have a score of 20% and the candidate is willing to take an oath of allegiance to the organization and dedication to serve and protect the integrity of the FRCI Church. Candidates must have their bio data on file.  Education, experience or equivalent can be considered a substitute for residency. The above criteria is not limited or contained in one meaning or interpretation. Rank and File Criteria is not endorsed.

Qualification for Ordination as Pastors:

1) Three (3) or more years in the ministry or

2) A Bachelor's degree graduate in Bible school

3) Must have a congregation. (7 families is one (1) congregation and 1 pastor)

4) Supervisory ladder as follows:

     a) Bishop oversee 2 to 3 District Superintendents

     b) District Superintendent Supervise the Senior Pastors.

     c) Senior Pastor Supervise 3 or more Pastors

           1a) Administrative Pastors

           2b) Assistant Pastor

           3c) Religious workers (R-1)  

Please take note: Any member/s of the General Council is not a member of any local churches

Disciplinary Measure:

    1)      Violation (1 Timothy 3)

    2)      Disloyalty (Serving two masters)

    3)      Promotion (Teachings of an acceptable doctrine)

    4)      Solicitation (Spiritual or Material)

    5)      Character (Behaviors in and out of the congregation)

    6)      Compliance (Obedience) 

The disciplinary measure is not limited to the secular meaning in the dictionary of any version but of the definition that will be explained and will be embraced at the time the needs arise either secular or religious or both.. 

Disciplinary Action:

    1)      Annulment of FRCI credential to practice within FRCI Churches.

    2)      Suspension (Preach and Teach)

    3)      Excommunication

    4)      Length of suspension is subject for discussion but a minimum of three months is encouraged. 

The disciplinary action will be handled in a fair and square way to avoid animosity. We have to promote Honesty and Integrity.

Experience and Education will be our foundation to succeed in this endeavor. Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding is our goal to serve the Lord.
