	FOR DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS & CHURCH LEADERS

A. DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT/ASSISTANT DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT AND AUXILIARY BISHOP

The District Superintendent, Assistant District Superintendent and Auxiliary Bishops are directly supervised by the Founder/Bishop. During his absence, they are directly reporting to the assigned Vice-Titular Bishop or to any appointed person.

Appointment, Dismissal, Re-Assignment and Disciplinary Action is the business of the General Çouncil which is composed of Founder/Bishop and Vice-Titular Bishop, General Secretary and General Treasurer.

The District Superintendent/Assistant District Superintendent are the Executive Official of the District. The District Board of Directors are the recommending party for their disciplinary action, termination or removal from the District of the Ministers, Missionaries, Members and employees.

B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS/MINISTERS/CHURCH WORKERS

Any Ministers or Church Workers in the District (if found guilty) who is unrepentant to any allegation or written complaint will be disciplined by the Board of Directors. It is the duty of Board of Directors to decide for the good of the District and submit their recommendation and report to the Bishop/Founder (in writing) within 30 days after the deliberation by the simple majority of the11 which is 6 or 7 members. The Board also is to design a well respected and acceptable solution on the following:

1. Hiring or appointment of District Officials and Church Workers Including Salary, Length of Stay, Renumerations, Funding of District Mission and Job Description.

2. Length of Service to FRCI by the petitioned workers (min. 3-5 years):

3. Punishment for the erring Workers who violate the following

Christian Ethics: a. Money Matters FRCI funds

b. Collection without consent to the Board;

c. Using the name of FRCI to collect money;

d. Gossiping and Destroying the Body of Christ;

e. Immorality (II Tim. 3:2-13/Titus 1:6-9).

STEPS FOR PROCESSING OF PAPERS OF THE APPLICANT

Þ Applicant must fill-up application form and submit all requirements as follows:

Photocopy & Original ID, Passport, Driver’s License, Ministerial Credentials (if any).

Þ Applicant will be interviewed by 11 Board of Directors. Petition depends with the recommendation of the Board of Directors.

Þ Submission to District Supt. (Before, it was submitted to Auxiliary Bishop, if there is no Auxiliary Bishop it will be given directly to the Titular Bishop.

Þ Review and certification of General Secretary

Þ Submission to Bishop for final approval.

Þ Submission to BCIS

Note:

1. An applicant must sign the “Covenant Letter”. The Covenant Letter is a binding agreement FRCI and Applicant that he/she will serve FRCI only. The Applicant will serve FRCI from the start of his/her Petition. The counting of years will start only upon the approval of papers (RI/Green Card). Ex. June 14, 2006 (date of approval) to June 15, 2009 (end).

2. The cancellation/removal if petition will be under the Jurisdiction of eleven (11) Board of Directors.

3. A photocopy of all documents to be submitted to BCIS will be given to the General Secretary/District Secretary for FRCI record.

Difference of NJ District and District Operation:

1. The Founding/Bishop has Parsonage/Office in the District and may appoint his staff to serve in the General Council which is not under New Jersey District.

2. New Jersey District expanded its missionary activities to Texas and California both registered under New Jersey supervision.

3. Our Parsonage/Office, Faith of Abraham LLC, Auxiliary Bishop, General Secretary, General Treasurer, District Superintendent and Assistant District Superintendent and Christian Steward Movement are not under FRCI District.

4. It was agreed in principle that the petty cash of $200.00 for immediate cash disbursement will be replenished subject to availability of funds and will be approved by pastor or bishop only. Any funds of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and up will be subject to the approval of Board of Directors.Signed& Certified by: General Secretary
