Gaudencio Soriano Sr. Th.D., D.D.

Titular Bishop / General Superintendent and founder of Faith Restoration Center Inc., Association of Christian Evangelist, National Association of Filipino Americans, NY/NJ and active in various organization such as PAFCOM, PIDCI, PODC Heritage, Knights of Rizal to name a few. A chartered officer of the Association of Protestant Clergy in the Tri-state (NY,Nj &Connecticut); Regional Director of of the American Clergy Association of New Jersey and Fort Lee, an overseer of the Foreign  Missionary Fellowshipof Phoenix, arizona and the Asian Gospel Mission based in Osaka, Japan. He received awards/honors in various organizations.

At present Dr. Gaudencio Soriano is  a Human Rights Commissioner of Jersey City and member of the Clergy Advisory Board in Fort Lee, New Jersey. He is the present State Coordinator of New Jersey Fil-Am Republican.

Josemiro Abad, Evangelist

Ex-Officio member of the District Board of Director, 16 years in FRCI, New York and New Jersey and currently the General Secretary of Faith Restoration Center Inc. , a graduate in Management and attended a  series of leadership training and various seminars in New York under Nelson Searcy and attended discipleship training in Life Christian Church in West Orange, New Jersey. He serves in Multi Media Ministry and Communications.

Rosalynda Callagan, Minister

Served in the District Board of Directors and very active in Cyberspace meeting with the board. She is currently the International Mission Director of FRCI  General Council, a Deaconess and overseer of  "His Almighty Ministry " in the Philippines. Her father is a Pastor in the Philippines. She graduated at Christ for the Nation School and married to Pastor William Callagan. 

Carolina Salvador, Minister/Pastor

Rev. Carol is an active member of FRCI with various talents in the ministry. She graduated at the Community Bible Institute and Seminary NY-NJ and attended seminars in Leadership, Discipleship Training, Cedars and Lilies Seminar and took up religious Education in Jesus King of Kings Ministries in Manila, Philippines.

She is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of NJ District and Treasurer of FRCI General Council, at the same time she is also the Department Head of Christian Steward Movement (CSM), The financial arm of FRCI. She was a volunteer teacher of Children and Young Adult Ministry and served the District Board of Directors for 4 years.

Joseph Vitug, AB, B. Div, M.Sc.

In his capacity as District Vice Chairman, he passed more than a dozen resolution for the advancement of the congregation, management and administration of the organization. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and  Bachelor Of Divinity in Manila and California respectively. Finished a graduate studies in Metaphysical Sciences at the University of Metaphysical Sciences. and at present he is writing his dissertations for   Philosopher of Pastoral Counseling, Ph.D.  He received  Doctor of Divinity at ULM, Modesto, California in  October 2006 (Honoris Causa).

Prior to leaving for the United States, he was a UNICEF para-medical personnel under the Bureau of Disease Control Leprosy Program for 4 years. Trained and followed up leprosy patients, taking tissues, blood and laboratory analysis and giving dosage  to Leprosy Patients. He contributed to the observation and theory about the healing process of Leprosy.
