Rev. Joseph Vitug, Ph.D. - has been elevated to
Bishop on October 11, 2009 during the General Council's 32nd
Founding Anniversary and designated as the Bishop- at-Large,
responsible in the administrative function in the council and
district. Bishop Vitug will still oversee his normal
function as Director of Internet Media, supervising the day to
day monitoring of FRCI outreach media ministry. |

In this photo shows Paul Verzosa giving
guidelines and tips in handling a parliamentary procedure
meeting. The workshop has been a success and attended by Bishops
from New York and New Jersey. Bishop Soriano on the left also
participated in asking questions during the Q & A portion of the
workshop, while our Senior Pastor William who was partially
hidden on the right was also involved in the questions and
answer portion of the seminar. |

Recognition of community leaders is a part of
Bishop Soriano's service to the community and every year, Bishop
Soriano through FRCI is recognizing the most outstanding
Filipino-American achievers. The purpose of this
work is to encourage our fellow Fil-Am leaders to be involved in
the improvement of their community. |

Bishop Gaudencio Soriano was proclaimed president of
the Federation of Philippine Societies, during their
annual election on November 22,2009, held in Bamboo
Grill restaurant, in Bergenfield, New Jersey. He was
endorsed by Elvira Reyes, former presidential
candidate of the said organization. The federation
consist of 53 Filipino-American organizations; from
cultural, civic, fraternal, political, educational
associations/clubs.
